A. Electrical Protection: The output units ROP in the entire 400kV switchgear (including KSP, T402_400, T403_400, V426, V427 and V447) and the central unit 400kV ROP will be replaced. The protections will be mounted in the existing switchgear. Cabling will only be affected to the necessary extent. Terminals in the switchgear will be preserved, and the internal wiring of the switchgear will be replaced to an appropriate extent. The fuses and auxiliary relays (in the existing sockets) will be replaced. The output units and the central unit ROP will be connected to the TIS with new patchcords. New patchcords will also be used for communication between the output units and the central unit. A switch for interrupting the tripping pulses will be added. The switch will be signalled to the RIS. All communication elements for communication between the output units and the central unit, which the supplier of the protections will provide, including the necessary cabling, are part of the protections. B. Technological Information System: All existing patchcords will be replaced and new patchcords for the protections will be added from the output units to the existing TIS switches and for communication. C. Circuit Breaker Monitoring System: As part of the replacement of the circuit breaker in the field V426, the existing circuit breaker monitoring device will also be replaced, as it will reach 20 years of operation in the year of contract implementation. The device will be placed in its own switchgear, located on the POK circuit breaker as close as possible to its control cabinet. Remote communication of the device with the TIS network will be ensured via fiber optics, and the device will be connected to the existing communication network of the circuit breaker monitoring devices. D. Control Information System: The database in the RIS will be updated with data from the new protections. The signalling from the new protections and signals from the field will need to be updated, configured, and tested in the RIS ESt and RIS SED. The central unit ROP will be communicatively connected using the IEC61850 protocol to the existing switch RIS at the RKP level in the switchgear AWN01, which is part of the existing optical communication ring IEC61850. The signalling from the switches for interrupting the tripping circuits ROP will be connected to the free inputs of the existing RIS terminals. F. Transmission and Telecommunication Equipment: The communication equipment for the protections on the line V426 will be replaced on both sides due to physical wear and tear. G. Primary Equipment: The disconnectors (Q1, Q2 and QE2, Q5 and QE5, Q6 and QE6) and the circuit breaker QM1 in the field ACA07 V426 will be replaced.
