Netherlands – Teaching equipment – Leermiddelen VSO Stichting Koraal Groep

Stichting Koraal Groep intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply, distribution and support of physical and digital learning materials and related licences for its schools within special secondary education. The contract includes, among other things, facilitating annual orders and reorders, delivery to multiple locations, providing a digital ordering portal, licence management, return handling, user support, and providing management information. This concerns approximately 1,350 pupils. This number can fluctuate during the term of the framework agreement. The framework agreement will be concluded with one contractor for an initial period of two years, with the possibility of two extensions of one year each. The intended start date is 1 January 2027. The contract is not divided into lots due to the substantive and operational coherence between the supply, distribution and management of the learning materials. Stichting Koraal Groep reserves the right to purchase learning materials that the contractor cannot supply from third parties.
