The present contract concerns the provision of forestry services related to the clearing of tracks for the Defence of Forests Against Fire (DFCI). Due to particular circumstances related to its nature, technical requirements, significant environmental issues, as well as its complexity and associated risks, notably for works located in the heart of the park, the present consultation is conducted under a competitive procedure with negotiation. The contracting authority reserves the right to negotiate with all candidates or to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders.
