Turnkey construction of three fire stations. The scope of services includes the planning and turnkey construction of the buildings and outdoor facilities, including training areas and access roads, within the framework of a PPP concession model. Furthermore, the provision of maintenance services within the extended warranty periods is part of the scope of services. The total investment costs (lump-sum remuneration) will be remunerated through milestone-based advance payments, which will be defined during the tender process. The award will be made on the overall tenders and not on individual sites by lots.
