Netherlands – Presents and rewards – Geschenken

The procurement concerns the following subjects: - Gifts for employees and external parties (flowers/plants, gift vouchers and other gifts); - Promotional items (webshop items with HU logo or the possibility to personalise webshop items (e.g. instead of ‘Hogeschool Utrecht’ ‘Dienst Marketing & Communicatie’ and custom-made items on request) for employees and external parties; - Sustainable and social variants within the mentioned product groups; - Management of the total logistics process (including delivery to the specified address); - An online platform (webshop) including integration with the HU P2P system; - Insight into various performances, usage and expenditures (think of consumption, budget, trends, sustainability features, social impact). The total estimated maximum contract value including optional volume amounts to €5.551.087, exclusive of VAT, for the maximum duration of the framework agreement.
