The VGF commissions the contractor to publish job advertisements, including consultation and acting as an interface to job portals. On average, the VGF publishes two hundred job advertisements annually, typically booking several portals in parallel for each job advertisement. These include common portals such as stepstone.de, as well as selected specialist portals such as bauningenieur24.de. The job advertisements are provided from the multiposting module of our applicant management software in the "Liquid Design" format, which is commonly used on portals such as stepstone.de. Depending on the portal, adjustments and design of the job advertisement are necessary, as well as categorisation and tagging of the job advertisements. It is important to have a fully digital representation of the process, from the transmission of the order to the digital release, as well as access to a central access statistic in real time for continuous performance control of the job advertisements. The contractor offers the possibility of small performance marketing campaigns for individual job advertisements if required. Contract duration is 4 years with an option to extend by a further 4 years.
