Netherlands – Road tunnel construction work – HOV4 Onderdoorgang A2N2

For the integration of the High-Quality Public Transport connection Eindhoven Centrum – Veldhoven De Run (HOV4), the existing underpass of the artwork De Meierij must be adapted and a new underpass for cyclists and pedestrians must be added. The contract consists of further developing the design into an execution-ready design, specifications and drawings, and the realisation thereof. The contractor is also responsible for carrying out the investigations required for the work, obtaining the necessary permits and exemptions, (temporary) traffic measures and participation with stakeholders. In this tender procedure, a task budget of 12,000,000 (excl. VAT, price level January 2026) has been included. The task budget has been set to ensure that the contract can be executed within the available resources. The task budget cannot be used by applicants to claim rights or expectations.
