Croatia – Repair and maintenance services of motor vehicles and associated equipment – Rezervni dijelovi i usluga servisa za osobna, terenska, kombi i laka teretna vozila

The subject of this procurement procedure are: 1) maintenance and repair services for personal, field, combination and light commercial vehicles, which are divided into: - regular service – minor regular service (vehicle inspection, filter and oil change, fluid check and refill) - regular service – major regular service (preventive and corrective services expected based on age, operating conditions and mileage of the vehicles from the buyer's fleet). - emergency service (repairs of faults caused by wear and tear of materials, operator error, manufacturing defect or force majeure) on vehicles from the buyer's fleet and include: automotive, auto-electrical, auto-body and auto-painting services including spare parts and consumables. The service provider for maintenance and repairs must show the completed service on a work order/proposal/invoice expressed in a unit of measure (hour of work) and unit price (kn/hour of work), and in total. Installed spare parts and consumables must be specified by name, unit of measure, unit price and quantity, and for original spare parts, the name of the original and its catalogue number must be entered, and for spare parts of equivalent quality, the name of the manufacturer and its catalogue number must be stated. 2) delivery of spare parts and consumables for the needs of their own mechanical workshops, which includes: - delivery of spare parts upon request of the Buyer for the needs of vehicle maintenance in their own mechanical workshops.
