Germany – Engineering services – Glogaustraße: verschiedene Planungsleistungen (Vergabenr. 6012-66-26-003, ND/NB, Stufe 1)

The Grundstücksgesellschaft Braunschweig (Contracting Authority GGB) and the Stadtentwässerung Braunschweig (SE|BS) intend to commission the planning services for the development area "Glogaustraße-Süd" (ME69). The project management will be provided by the Stadt Braunschweig and the SE|BS. The planning area is located between Glogaustraße, Bezirkssportanlage Melverode and Lübenstraße. The scope of the land-use plan "Glogaustraße-Süd", ME 69, is in the district of Melverode and includes areas of the Bezirkssportanlage Melverode that will be redundant after a new and restructured sports facility and will be available for alternative use. The development will be accessed via Glogaustraße. The scope of the future land-use plan "Glogaustraße-Süd", ME 69, covers an area of approximately 3.5 ha, which is owned by the Stadt Braunschweig. Residential development is planned (see detailed description for details).
