The agreement will include a number of services where responsibility is divided to varying degrees between Region Värmland and the supplier. The exact content of the services listed below may change during the contract period. These services are:

· Order/Delivery
· Asset Management
· Service and Support
· Special Requirements (e.g. cost, freight documents, plotters)
· Moving of printers and retrieval (e.g. MFP)
· Consultancy assistance when needed
