France – Software-related services – Outil de gestion de planning des professionnels des ESMS de Coallia

The contract concerns the provision of a software solution for scheduling professionals in the medical and social facilities of Coallia, capable of interfacing with the ADP payroll software, as well as all associated services for its deployment, integration, configuration, maintenance, evolution and user support. The contract is awarded as a single lot, at a global and lump-sum price for the services included in the scope defined by the DPGF. Certain optional services (additional training, functional developments, data recovery) are carried out on purchase orders. The solution must be referenced under the Ségur du numérique en santé (wave 1) and the candidate must provide proof of ISO 27001 certification, as well as HDS certification in case of outsourced hosting. The contract is concluded for a firm period of four (4) years, renewable tacitly three (3) times for one (1) year, for a maximum total duration of seven (7) years.
