France – Car park management services – Concession de services relative à l'exploitation des stationnements vacants situés dans les immeubles gérés par Elogie-Siemp - appel à candidatures

This call for tenders concerns a service concession contract for the operation of vacant parking spaces located in buildings managed by Elogie-Siemp. All of the spaces allocated to the Contractor are in Paris and in Île-de-France (more precisely Ivry-sur-Seine, Vigneux-sur-Seine and La Celle-Saint-Cloud): approximately 2 700 spaces (2 500 in Paris / approximately 200 spaces outside Paris). Lease principle: monthly and possibility of short durations (half-day) on certain sites. Annual revenue ES: 2 million euros (70% of rents received with a RMG).
