France – Asbestos-removal work – Travaux de retrait d'amiante et interventions sur matériaux amiantés, FCR et plomb en milieu conventionnel (Centres de la Direction des Applications Militaires)M)

The CEA is organising a restricted adapted procedure for the award of a multi-operator framework agreement for the execution of works for the removal of materials containing asbestos (sub-section 3) or any intervention on materials, equipment, materials or items likely to cause the emission of asbestos fibres (sub-section 4) and/or Refractory Ceramic Fibres (RCF) and/or in the presence of lead. These works are carried out in the facilities of the centres attached to the Direction des Applications Militaires (DAM) of the CEA, outside the delimited radiological areas. The framework agreement is divided into 3 distinct lots: lot no. 1 (CEA/Valduc centre), lot no. 2 (CEA/Le Ripault centre), lot no. 3 (CEA/Cesta centre). Each lot will have three (3) contractors. The accumulation of lots is allowed. The framework agreement is concluded for a firm period of twenty-four (24) months, with two options for extension of twelve (12) months each. The framework agreement is classified as "Top Secret" within the meaning of the order of 9 August 2021 approving the Interministerial General Instruction No. 1300 on the protection of national defence secrecy.
