Framework agreement for the supply of medical oxygen. Number of days until which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18. The procurement is necessary to ensure the continuity of medical activities and to increase the quality of medical care, in full compliance with the current requirements of the healthcare system and with the regulations regarding the use of medical gases in healthcare units. A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160, paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information related to the award documentation is a maximum of 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160, paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day, before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A. will put AC in the impossibility of providing a response within the term mentioned in point B. and, consequently, any request for clarification outside the mentioned terms will be considered LATE. The descriptions and quantities in the framework agreement, as well as in the subsequent contracts, are specified in the Book of Works and in the list of lots in the present documentation, as this field does not allow the insertion of all the information.
