Austria – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Teil-GU Baumeister Obertageanlage für das Projekt Geothermie Hydros

The aim of the procurement procedure is to award the services of the partial general contractor for the construction of a building for the first deep geothermal plant in Vienna using a skeleton construction method. The services include, among others, classical works for external facilities, structural works, as well as finishing works. Roof construction and facade works, as well as the technical building equipment, are not included and are part of a separate procurement.
