Norway – Brokerage and related securities and commodities services – Business Broker - Framework Agreement

Sandefjord kommune, c/o the Property Section, shall establish a framework agreement for Business Broker Services.The contracting authority needs a framework agreement with one supplier of business brokerage services connected to the sale and hire of property and sites. The portfolio consists of: Purpose-built buildings that can be disposed of due to structural changes (particularly the school) Site Bank with areas regulated for housing, business and central purposes Other properties that are assessed for sale during the contract period.
