The district of Nienburg/Weser plans the new construction of a Fire Service Technical Centre (FTZ) in the industrial area of the village of Lemke, municipality of Marklohe. This is a replacement new build for the existing FTZ on Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. The space programme includes approx. 8,200 m² of usable floor space, as well as approx. 9,140 m² of outdoor areas – movement and exercise areas. A construction site of approx. 3.4 ha is available for this.
