Poland – Cleaning services – „Kompleksowe utrzymanie czystości w pomieszczeniach wraz ze sprzątaniem części zewnętrznych budynku Centrum Aktywności Studenckiej i Doktoranckiej przy ul. Piastowska 1a we Wrocławiu”.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive cleaning service for the interior spaces and the cleaning of the exterior surfaces and areas of the building of the Student and Doctoral Activity Centre, located at Piastowska 1a, Wrocław. 2. The total area to be cleaned is: a) interior floor area + wall tiles – 1 676 m2 b) exterior area – 120 m2 3. The detailed scope of work, frequency of performance, list of rooms, surfaces and organisational and technical requirements are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract. 4. The detailed scope of obligations for the performance of the subject of the contract and the payment conditions are indicated in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ – Draft Contract Terms and Conditions.
