The procurement concerns the supply of control panels to Novafos A/S and its affiliated companies as per Annex 2. The procurement aims to ensure the supply of control panels for Novafos's projects regarding the renovation of "Novafos standard pump stations". This includes Novafos household pump stations, KAT I, KAT II, and KAT III pump stations. Tasks related to the framework agreement will be as follows: Purchasing necessary materials for the construction of control panels, including handling any client-supplied materials. Construction of control panels in accordance with Novafos construction manuals. Adjusting documentation in case of any changes during the construction period. Testing and approval of control panels in accordance with applicable legislation and Novafos requirements. Transport of control panels from the production site to the specified Novafos location. Construction of general electrical diagrams. The contracting authority wishes to enter into an agreement with 3 economic operators and will allocate tasks in accordance with the allocation procedure specified in the framework agreement. The estimated value of the Framework Agreement (total 4 years including possible extensions) is 20,000,000 DKK excl. VAT, based on historical data and the contracting authority's expectations for future consumption. The maximum value of the Framework Agreement (total 4 years including possible extensions) is estimated at 35,000,000 DKK excl. VAT.
