The framework agreement establishes a framework that will serve as the basis for awarding future subcontracts (orders). The tenderer is expected to provide maximum prices as a function of bus size, number of kilometers and number of hours for which the bus is rented. For specific subcontracts, the price may never exceed these maximum prices. Of course, the schedule is largely determined by the school calendar, so there will be little to no bus transport needed during the regular (Flemish) school holidays. The outings and student numbers mentioned in the tender documents are examples of movements from previous years. Since the needs and resources of the contracting authority may change, there is no guarantee that these trips will be performed again; it is a historical overview. Both the number of students and the route (e.g. other/new stop) may change. The dates of the trips are also determined by the applicant, so even for the same, annual trip, this could vary each year.
