Netherlands – Fleet management, repair and maintenance services – Full operational lease elektrische voertuigen

The contract concerns a framework agreement with one contractor for the supply of fully electric vehicles on a full operational lease basis, including associated services, for Omgevingsdienst Rivierenland (ODR). The initial order consists of ten (10) vehicles, of which eight (8) are regular electric pool cars and two (2) are electric all-terrain vehicles with four-wheel drive (4x4/AWD). During the contract period, there is the possibility of ordering a maximum of five (5) additional vehicles, bringing the maximum quantity to fifteen (15) vehicles. The services include, among other things, maintenance, repairs, tyre service, legal inspections, breakdown assistance, damage handling, suitable replacement transport and support for fleet management, including digital signalling and management information. The framework agreement has a fixed term of four (4) years, with individual lease agreements being concluded for a period of sixty (60) months.
