Description
The construction work involves the completion of the Haruspuisto project, including all works and procurement, in accordance with the tender documents. The construction relates to the complete renovation of all operational areas of Haruspuisto. The work includes the renovation of functional areas, as well as paths and natural areas. Haruspuisto is the urban renewal target for the Meri-Rastila area. The theme of the park is the Baltic Sea nature. The aim is for the theme to be visible in the environment, furnishings and equipment, as well as in their design and materials, which are site-specific and adapted to the location. Haruspuisto will be a very high-quality park complex that serves a wide range of recreational and educational purposes for both local residents and visitors from elsewhere. The contractor is the City of Helsinki's Urban Environment Services, General Areas, which also acts as a client in accordance with YSE 98. The works must be completed and accepted, and all inspections required by authorities and supervisory bodies must be approved by 30.9.2028. The contract type is a comprehensive contract, in which the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor, as defined by YSE and Finnish legislation, and as the principal designer. The contractor is responsible for the site management and site services. In addition to the works specified in the list of documents, the contract includes site management and site services, which relate to the client's separate procurements in section 3.4 and the procurement limits of the YKT parties as set out in the contract supplement. The site will be implemented as a low-emission site, the requirements for which can be found in section 4.2 of the contract supplement. The contract type is a lump sum contract. EMPLOYMENT CONDITION The contract requires compliance with the employment condition set out in the appendix "Employment Condition Tender Document". The quantities specified in the plans are not binding on the client. The contractor will be the bidder who submits the most economically advantageous tender. The most economically advantageous tender is the one that, of the tenders that meet the client's requirements for the bidder's suitability, is the cheapest. The subcontractor/subcontractor of the contractor who has a contractual relationship with the client has the right to further subcontract the contract. Further chaining of the procurement/contract is not possible without a special justified reason and the written consent of the client/builder.
