This tender is part of the Public Service Delegation (DSP) relating to the urban heating and cooling network "Plaine Campus", granted by Toulouse Métropole to the company Toulouse Énergie Durable (TED), a subsidiary of Dalkia. To meet the challenges of energy transition and secure supply, Dalkia has committed to increasing and diversifying its delivery points. The operation involves the creation of a sub-station for the production of heat (1100 kW) and cold (2400 kW) connected to the tempered loop of the heating network, for an industrial user. The project requires exemplary treatment. The tender concerns a comprehensive electrical works service covering both the HT/BT transformation, the distribution of the driving force and the control-command of a sub-station aimed at supplying heat and cold to an industrial user.
