Germany – Construction work – Neubau Parkhaus Mitte 2.0

At the University Hospital Bonn, there is a permanent high demand for parking spaces for staff, visitors and patients. To relieve the existing parking facilities and to ensure efficient hospital operations, the construction of an additional car park ("Parkhaus Mitte 2.0") is planned. Currently, a parking structure (approx. 250 parking spaces) with a basement in a dilapidated condition is located on the same site, which must be demolished first. The objective of the project is the turnkey construction of a large-volume car park with a minimum target size of approx. 750 parking spaces and 2 elevators. The tender is system-open (conventional, modular, hybrid), the decisive factor being the comprehensive functional achievement of the target as well as the timely and quality-compliant implementation. The demolition services are to be offered optionally.
