The procurement concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the purchase of consultancy services for the municipal council, in a formal-relational collaboration. The consultancy services concern the development of projects in conversion plans in Horsens Municipality for Randers Fjord and Horsens Fjord, respectively. Conversion plans are a result of the Green Tripartite Agreement, which was concluded in 2024, and include lowland and wetland projects, and may eventually include phosphorus wetland projects and valley projects.
