Spain – Non-hazardous refuse and waste treatment and disposal services – Servicios de recogida, transporte y tratamiento de lixiviados del depósito de cenizas de la Manjoya

The subject of this contract is the service for the suction, transport, management of documentation (notification of transfer for each waste and identification document for each waste) in accordance with the Waste Law and Royal Decree 553/2020 of 2 June, and treatment of non-hazardous leachates with code LER 190703 (according to the Commission Decision of 18 December 2014 amending Decision 2000/532/EC on the list of wastes, in accordance with Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council) from the ash deposit of La Manjoya (including the leachates from the inspection chamber and the leachate pond and liquids from the inspection well), in accordance with the Waste Law, Royal Decree 553/2020, of 2 June, which regulates the transfer of waste within the territory of the State and other applicable legislation for this type of waste.
