Poland – Street-lighting maintenance services – Wykonywanie prac eksploatacyjno – konserwacyjnych infrastruktury oświetleniowej zainstalowanej na obszarze działania EOŚ sp. z o.o.

The subject of the contract is the performance of operational and maintenance works on the lighting infrastructure installed in the area of operation of EOŚ sp. z o.o. divided into 8 parts (Districts) according to Annex 1 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract includes: 1) basic operational and maintenance works specified in Annex 2 to the contract template constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ, 2) additional operational and maintenance works not included in Annex 2 to the contract template mentioned in point 1) 3) ensuring 24/7 readiness to undertake the works specified in point 1) 2. The list of control systems along with the numbers of power supply stations and their location as well as the quantity of luminaires is Annex 1 to the contract template. 3. The contracting authority requires a guarantee for the completed subject of the contract for a period of 12 months. 4. The requirements referred to in Article 95(1) of the Pzp Act, regarding the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, of persons performing the tasks indicated by the contracting authority in the scope of the implementation of the contract, if the performance of these tasks involves performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974, have been specified in the contract template constituting an integral part of the SWZ. In the case where the offer is submitted by a natural person conducting business on the basis of an entry in the CEIDG and this person will personally perform the tasks indicated in the contract, this person does not have to be employed under an employment contract. The contracting authority's other requirements: 1) The contracting authority recommends that the Contractor, in its own interest, conduct a local inspection of the area where the works covered by the subject of the contract are to be carried out. The contracting authority does not envisage rejecting the Contractor's offer due to the non-conduct of the local inspection referred to above; 2) Key parts of the contract for personal performance by the Contractor: not envisaged 3) The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers, i.e. for more than one of the parts of the contract.
