Belgium – Design-modelling services – Modélisation numérique assistée par ordinateur

The Liège Space Centre wishes to launch a tender to outsource certain activities of digital modelling from 01/02/2027 and for a duration of 2 years, renewable once for 2 years. The present contract concerns the execution of digital modelling work in support of the CSL projects. These interventions will typically cover the following areas: • Mechanical modelling: preliminary design and structural analysis (modal, static, stability analyses, dynamic responses to sinusoidal, random excitations and shocks); • Thermomechanical modelling (by finite elements) in order to verify the level of stresses and deformations under the influence of temperature; • Model reduction by condensation (Craig-Bampton); • The modellings will be carried out using the SAMCEF or NASTRAN software. However, the models to be transmitted to the CSL clients must be exported in NASTRAN; • The technical interactions (definition of the calculations and discussion of the results) with the engineers of CSL will take place at CSL, for this the service provider will go to CSL with his own workstation and license; The meshing and calculation services not requiring interactions with CSL, may be carried out at the service provider's site in order to benefit from more adequate computing resources. Duration: The contract covers a period of 24 months renewable once for 24 months.
