Germany – Engineering services – Sanierung und Erweiterung Grundschule + Sporthalle Waffenbrunn – Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 7 und 8, gemäß §§ 53 ff. HOAI // Lph. 1-9

The municipality of Waffenbrunn has decided to comprehensively renovate and future-proof the primary school at the Waffenbrunn site. In addition, the school is to be upgraded and expanded to meet the requirements of full-day care. Additionally, the renovation of the existing sports hall is planned. The necessary renovation and expansion measures are to be carried out during ongoing school operations. Suitable construction phases as well as interim and relocation concepts are to be provided if necessary. The school building with the administrative wing in Waffenbrunn was built in 1950 and expanded with an entrance area in 1980. In 2010, the school building was generally renovated, with the exception of the administrative wing. The adjacent sports hall was built in 1980 and is part of the services subject to this contract. The school building, including the administrative wing, was constructed using solid construction methods. The facade and roof are insufficiently or not at all insulated. It cannot be definitively answered at this time whether there are any harmful substances. The technical building equipment is outdated and requires a general overhaul. In addition to fire protection deficiencies, deficiencies in terms of accessibility were also identified in the feasibility study. In this context, the retrofitting of an elevator is planned. The school is expected to be supplied via a district heating network from the local wood chip plant. In addition to the renovation of the existing building, expansion measures to cover the future space and area requirements, particularly with regard to the full-day care requirement, are planned. Furthermore, the existing sports hall is to be comprehensively renovated and adapted to the current technical, energy and functional requirements. The milestones for implementing the project are: - Start of services: Jan 2027 - Start of construction: March 2028 - Completion: Oct 2029. Currently, total costs (excluding indexation for the execution period) of approximately 8.54 million € gross (cost group 200-700, DIN 276) are estimated, and are broken down as follows: - Cost group 200 approx. 20,000 € - Cost group 300 approx. 4,940,000 € - Cost group 400 approx. 1,647,125 € - Cost group 500 approx. 380,000 € - Cost group 600 approx. 126,000 €. It is intended to award the following services with this tender: Technical equipment, plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 - Performance phases 1 to 9 according to §§ 53ff. HOAI. The services will be awarded in stages. Initially, in the 1st awarding stage, performance phases 1-2 according to § 55 HOAI will be awarded. Performance phases 3-9 will be called up in stages. There is no legal entitlement to a full award.
