This contract for works is the result of a first administrative works contract for the execution of the "Modified Project of the Execution of CAMP LA CUESTA", awarded in December 2023, and finally terminated by the contracting authority, due to the contractor's fault, because of the slow pace of the works' execution. The project has been updated and the "PROJECT FOR THE COMPLETION OF CAMP LA CUESTA" has been definitively approved by the contracting authority, the execution of which is the object of the present tender.
