Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Grundschule am Windmühlenberg - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung

The Spandau District Office of Berlin intends to carry out the renovation, extension and refurbishment of the Grundschule am Windmühlenberg as part of the Berlin School Construction Offensive. As no alternative site is available, the extension and refurbishment must be carried out during ongoing operations. The subject of the present tender is the planning services (basic services) of phases 1 to 8 of the scope of services for technical equipment design according to the HOAI as well as special services.
