The subject of the present contract is the works supervision tasks as part of the works operation relating to the "Energy Rehabilitation of the IUT Gaston Berger site". The contract concerns the execution of the mission elements as defined in Article 6.1 of the CCAP, in the CCTP and in the Programme with a view to carrying out works on: ☒ Structures. The type of room(s) concerned corresponds to: ☒ Teaching room ☒ Office ☒ Computer room ☒ Other: Technical rooms, Sanitary facilities, Circulation spaces, Service rooms, Workshop, Meeting rooms, Storage rooms, Break rooms, Archives. The project location is: Site name: IUT Gaston Berger site Building(s) / Code Abyla: - Administration/Business and Administration Management Building (Admin/GEA) / A211_01 - Computer Science Building (Info) / A211_02 - Commercialisation Technical Building (Tech de Co) / A211_03 - Mechanical and Productive Engineering Building (GMP) / A211_05 Address: 413 Avenue Gaston Berger, 13100 Aix-en-Provence. The description of the services is set out in the Programme and the CCTP as well as their possible annexes. Aix-Marseille Université wishes to use its public procurement as a tool to combat unemployment and socio-professional exclusion. The inclusion approach, provided for and detailed in the CCAP, constitutes a condition for the execution of the contract in accordance with Article L2112-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The implementation of the inclusion objectives is detailed in Article 7.4 of the CCAP and will be carried out only on the firm section in the form of 2 social actions. The consultation was carried out according to: A negotiated procedure in accordance with the provisions mentioned in Article R. 2124-3 paragraph 3° of the Public Procurement Code and Articles R2161-12 to R2161-15 and R2161-17 to R2161-20 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a firm section contract and optional section(s) contract in accordance with the provisions mentioned in Articles R2113-4 to R2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code. Estimated value of the contract (non-contractual information): 678 016 € HT (all sections combined). Firm Section: 257 108 € HT Optional Section No. 1 (TO1): 210 454 € HT Optional Section No. 2 (TO2): 210 454 € HT. The missions of the different sections are indicated in Article 2.2 of the CCAP.
