Procurement of food ingredients for a 12-month period in 9 sections as defined in the Procurement Documentation. The Invitation to Tender in each section commits to ordering 70% of the frame amount specified in the invitation to tender during the performance of the tender. The definition of the subject of the procurement in each section was made with reference to the 46. § (3) of the 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree. Each of the product (manufacture) names appearing in the technical description was included solely for the purpose of unambiguously and generally defining the subject of the procurement. The Invitation to Tender will also accept the offer of equivalent product(s) for the given product. A product can be considered equivalent if it has at least the same parameters and characteristics as the product specified by the Invitation to Tender. In the case of offering an equivalent solution, it is the responsibility of the tenderer to prove the equivalence. The tenderer must prove the equivalence by any appropriate means. Any appropriate means may be, in particular, technical documentation from the manufacturer/supplier or technical documentation from any independent, professionally recognised accredited certifying/inspecting organisation. The Invitation to Tender specifies the same components for the replacement of the specifically named products as a condition of equivalence. The technical requirements are partially defined requirements for the individual products in terms of minimum expectations. The tenderer may offer a product with more favourable characteristics for the Invitation to Tender - which offer the Invitation to Tender will accept as equivalent performance. The tenderer must fully dispel any doubts arising in connection with the tender elements, for which they must provide clear and verifiable evidence that supports their statements. The food products supplied by the Invitation to Tender must comply with the legal requirements for the placing on the market of food products, as well as the requirements of the Hungarian Food Book. The Invitation to Tender may only submit a price offer for Class I quality goods, and the Invitation to Tender will only accept Class I quality goods. The Invitation to Tender understands the concept of sugar-free product as follows: 0% added sugar. The tenderer is obliged to enclose a product specification sheet, a manufacturing sheet for the offered products, which contains the following components: saturated fatty acid, fat, energy, protein, carbohydrate, sugar and salt content, as well as allergenic components. The detailed description of the performance is contained in the draft contract, which is part of the procurement documents, and the exact quantities are contained in the budget without prices.
