The municipality of Grafengehaig plans to construct a daycare centre in the form of a single-group crèche and a single-group kindergarten on the plot of land parcel no. 121, municipality of Grafengehaig. As part of the preliminary investigation, a feasibility study was carried out to examine various locations. Based on a grant-eligible space programme, the feasibility study resulted in a subsidised space programme of approx. 250 sqm and a projected total cost estimate based on the statistical cost indicators BKI, 2024 edition, of approx. 2.2 million € gross. The municipality will not be the operator of the planned daycare centre. The subject of the procurement is the services of the design planning according to Part 3, Section 1 of the HOAI 2021 for the phases 1 to 9.
