Tender for a comprehensive contract concerning the renovation of Boligforeningen Skagen Nordlys, Section 5 - Mosegården, located in Skagen. The project includes the renovation of 14 residential blocks with a total of 285 rental units and commercial premises. The future development will consist of a total of 285 dwellings, of which 78 will be established as accessible housing units. It has been decided to tender the project as a whole in a comprehensive contract. The reason for this is that it is considered to be the most optimal for the project, both in terms of removing interfaces in the project and thereby minimizing risk, and to achieve the best solution for the project by allowing the comprehensive contractor to make optimizations during the tender period in relation to the overall development and the schedule. It is assessed that the tender form tender with negotiation can be used in accordance with the rules hereof, since it is a question of a comprehensive contract, where adjustments will be made in connection with the tender, why there is a need for prior negotiations.
