This contract is divided into parts and consists of four partial contracts. Partial Contract No. 1: "Transport of disabled students to schools and educational facilities in the city of Gorzów Wielkopolski". The subject of the contract is the organisation and provision of a transport service for disabled children from home to the educational facility in the city of Gorzów Wielkopolski and back home after school activities, with care provided during transport. Partial Contract No. 2: "Transport of disabled students to the Special Educational and Care Centre for Hearing-Impaired Children in Szczecin". The subject of the contract is the organisation and provision of a transport service for disabled children from home to the Special Educational and Care Centre for Hearing-Impaired Children in Szczecin and back home after the end of the school week, with care provided during transport. Partial Contract No. 3: "Transport of disabled students to the Rehabilitation and Educational Centre and the Private Kindergarten 'Bratek' in Barlink". The subject of the contract is the organisation and provision of a transport service for disabled children from home to the Rehabilitation and Educational Centre and the Private Kindergarten 'Bratek' in Barlink and back home after school/kindergarten activities, with care provided during transport. Partial Contract No. 4: "Transport of disabled students to the Special Educational and Care Centre for Blind Children in Owińskach". The subject of the contract is the organisation and provision of a transport service for disabled children from home to the Special Educational and Care Centre for Blind Children in Owińskach and back home after the end of the school week, with care provided during transport.
