Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Betamethason + Calcipotriol (ausschl. in der Dafo Schaum), ATC D05AX22 für die Zeit 01.06.2026 - 31.05.2028

Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V enables health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, a regular process of substance-related, formal tendering procedures according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB is carried out by DAK-Gesundheit. For medicines to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Annex 2 to the contract, containing the aforementioned active substance Betamethasone + Calcipotriol (exclusively in the form of a foam), ATC D05AX22, DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude pharmaceutical discount contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until new pharmaceutical discount contracts come into force. A discount contract under the authorisation model for the aforementioned active substance will come into force for the first time on 01.06.2026 and will end on 31.05.2028. It will automatically end, regardless of this, with the entry into force of the exclusive contract.
