Poland – Network equipment – Dostawa, instalacja i uruchomienie infrastruktury sieci bezprzewodowej wraz ze wsparciem technicznym przez 36 miesięcy

1. The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a wireless network infrastructure along with technical support for 36 months. 2. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obligated to, in particular: a) Present the target placement of access points based on documents, results of local surveys and radio measurements; b) Design and implement, if necessary, the expansion of the existing structural cabling, using appropriately selected transmission medium in the form of copper cable, to the extent necessary to achieve the required network performance parameters; c) Safely dismantle the currently operated access points and hand them over to the Contracting Authority based on an acceptance protocol; d) Supply, install, configure and commission new wireless network devices, including access devices, mounting elements, controlling/routing devices and the WLAN management system, covering all necessary functionalities to manage the network, taking into account the integration of the implemented solution with the Contracting Authority's NAC system, SIEM class system and network environment. The delivery of the devices will be to the building of the Marshal's Office of the Lublin Voivodeship in Lublin at 4 Artura Grottgera Street, while the installation, configuration and commissioning will be carried out at the locations indicated in the Contract Subject Description constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ (hereinafter: OPZ); e) Perform acceptance tests and post-implementation measurements; f) Prepare and submit the as-built documentation; g) Conduct on-the-job training for the Contracting Authority's administrators and provide technical support for the period indicated in the OPZ. 3. The detailed description of the contract subject and the manner of contract execution have been specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Contract Subject Description and in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Essential Contract Terms.
