The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive, secure, and economically advantageous mobile telecommunications services for the contracting authority, including the provision of voice and data services via SIM cards, connection to the public telephone network, the provision of supplementary public telecommunications services, as well as the supply of end-user telecommunications equipment and related accessories for a period of 48 months.
