The present consultation concerns a contract for the design and construction of a new fire station in Belleville en Beaujolais and shared municipal spaces, with a total floor area of approximately 1 339 m² (including 1 094 m² for SDMIS and 245 m² for shared spaces). The current fire station in Belleville en Beaujolais is located in the city centre. The building is aging (both functionally and energetically). Its location in a dense urban fabric does not allow for adequate expansion of the station to meet the projected needs. Therefore, new construction is necessary to better adapt the functionality of the premises and the energy and environmental performance of the building. To facilitate the establishment of the SDMIS on the territory, the municipality of Belleville en Beaujolais will undertake the construction of the fire station project. Both SDMIS and the municipality are committed to a reflection on the sharing of spaces and the development of a "fire station of the future" model. Consequently, the functional programme of the building includes spaces for the fire station (BASE), but also for municipal uses (OPTION) (multipurpose spaces, medical spaces, linked to the economic services of the CCSB, etc.).
