Germany – Plasterboard works – Theodor-Heuss-Schule, Erweiterung als 3,5-zügige Grundschule mit Nachmittagsbetreuung - Trockenbau

The city of Hanau plans to extend the existing Theodor-Heuss-Schule at Jürgen-Sticher-Platz 1 in two parts. The primary school will become 3.5-track and offer a full-day programme. This tender includes drywall work (walls and ceilings), interior plastering, painting, wallpapering and varnishing in two new buildings and in parts of the existing building. Gypsum and lime cement plaster will be used. Scope of drywall work for walls: - GK wall surfaces approx. 330 m²; - GK prefabricated panels with and without fire protection requirements approx. 210 m². Scope of drywall work for ceilings: - GK ceilings, perforated acoustic ceiling with plastered frieze approx. 230 m²; - Acoustic ceiling made of wood wool lightweight boards approx. 750 m²; - Solid wood acoustic panel ceiling approx. 140 m²; - Mineral fibre grid ceiling approx. 120 m²; - Mineral fibre hygiene grid ceiling approx. 40 m². Scope of interior plastering in new building: - Wall surfaces approx. 2.850 m²; - Existing wall surfaces approx. 50 m²; - Ceiling surfaces approx. 20 m². Scope of painting and wallpapering: - Painting (ceilings + walls) approx. 4.200 m²; - Wallpapering (painter's fleece) approx. 3.300 m². Scope of varnishing: - Varnishing of banisters approx. 45 m; - Varnishing of steel doors approx. 30 units.
