The subject of the contract for the public procurement (hereinafter "public contract") is the processing of project documentation, including a quantity survey and control budget for the extension (new construction) of Building II in the area of the elementary school V Cibulkách, Na Výši. The documentation will serve as the basis for the public procurement of the construction contractor. The contract will also include the preparation of project documentation using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method, to the extent and in a manner corresponding to the requirements arising from the valid and effective legal regulation, in particular from Act No. 330/2025 Sb., on the management of information about construction and the built environment, including related implementing legal regulations. A detailed specification of the subject of the contract is contained in the contract template and its annexes, which is contained in Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation.
