The subject of the contract is: "Development of project documentation for the task: Construction of Voivodeship roads no. 432 and 436, Śrem bypass – Stage III". The subject of the contract is referred to in the remainder of this Instruction for Contractors as the "subject of the contract" or "project". The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial and alternative tenders. The contracting authority indicates that the contract has not been divided into parts for technical, organisational, economic and purposeful reasons. The detailed technical guidelines for the development of the project documentation are specified in Volume III SWZ.
