Construction site logistics services as part of the renovation of the Olympic tent roof in Olympiapark Munich (Bavaria, DE). The Olympic tent roof covers a total area of approx. 78,000 m² and spans the Olympic Stadium, open areas (intermediate roofs), as well as the Olympic Hall and Olympic Swimming Hall. The service to be provided includes the planning, organisation and, if necessary, adaptation of the construction site logistics during the entire second and third construction phases, including the necessary preparatory and follow-up work. In the first construction section (2026 - 2028), the Olympic Stadium, including the intermediate roof to the Olympic Hall, is being renovated (already in progress). The second and third construction sections, to which this tender relates, include the Olympic Hall and Olympic Swimming Hall. The renovation work of both buildings will take place in the years 2027 to 2029, during which, for example, construction site facilities and cranes must be provided. BW 2: Olympic Hall: 03.2027 – 07.2029 BW 1: Olympic Swimming Hall: 03.2027 – 12.2028 Due to the weather-dependent construction progress, reduced personnel capacities on the tent roof must be expected in the winter phase (01.12. – 28.02. each year). However, for example, the construction site facilities and the implementation of cranes can be carried out during these months. Key data of the service: - Provision of cranes in the year 2027, 2028 and 2029 incl. associated W&M planning, e.g. crane foundation, etc. - Securing the construction site, construction fences, turnstile systems, gate systems, etc. as well as the associated monitoring of the accesses - Construction site security - Setting up and maintaining a container system for approx. 120 fitters incl. WC facilities - Supply of the construction site with construction power and construction water
