Romania – Supervision of building work – Achiziție Servicii de dirigenție de șantier/Supervizare aferente proiectului "Îmbunătățirea nivelului de trafic al DJ 156 A și DJ 208 G pentru accesul la rețeaua TEN-T”

The subject of the procurement involves the provision of site management/supervision services both in relation to the activities related to the execution of works on DJ 156A, Bacău County – Tazlău – Roznov – Căciulești – Dobreni, km 21+700-64+140 (L=42,440 km), and in relation to the activities related to the execution of works on DJ 208G Hanu Ancutei – Girov, km 30+238 – 57+253 (L=27,015 km), as well as the activities related to the relocation of utilities. The designated supervisor is fully responsible for the provision of site management/supervision services for the execution of works on both of the aforementioned county roads, as well as for the activities related to the relocation of utilities.

NOTE:

a) The deadline by which economic operators can submit requests for clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, as mentioned in section I.3, is 22 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 160 (1) and (2) of Law No. 98/2016.

b) To the extent that requests for clarification have been submitted within the timeframe specified in the documentation, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 (1) of Law No. 98/2016. For requests for clarification received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
