Germany – Railway bridge construction work – Massivbau UF Steilshooper Straße D005 Projekt Brücken Barmbek

The underpasses Steilshooper Straße, Bwk D (005) are located in the Barmbek district, Barmbek-Nord borough, of Hamburg and are part of the section of the U-Bahn line U3 between the stations Habichtstraße (HA) and Barmbek (BA). The following measures are to be carried out in essence: partial demolition and renewal of the existing concrete structures of the abutments (chamber walls, bearing benches, facing slabs) and wing walls, incl. disposal. Demolition of the foundation structures of the pendulum supports, incl. disposal. Construction of the re-anchoring layers on the existing, partially demolished abutment and wing walls with grout piles including the necessary drilling work and grouting. The measure is to be implemented in a 30-week operational interruption. This sub-project is part of the overall project complex Brücken Barmbek 2027.
