The subject of the procurement are the black pudding products to be delivered to the schools and daycare centres, as well as other units, of the Kehyskuntien (Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala and Ylöjärvi). The number of meals served daily in the Kehyskuntien is on average 43 000 meals. The raw material base of the menus of the comprehensive schools, upper secondary schools and daycare centres of the Kehyskuntien has been standardised.
