Poland – Tomography devices – Zakup tomografu komputerowego z oprogramowaniem kardiologicznym wraz z dostosowaniem infrastruktury

The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, installation, assembly and commissioning of a computed tomography scanner with cardiological software, along with the adaptation of the infrastructure for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Facility of the Voivodeship Hospital Complex named after Jędrzeja Śniadeckiego in Białystok, as well as the provision of service during the warranty period for the completed task. 2. The detailed description and technical parameters of the subject of the contract, as well as the scope and size of the works necessary for the installation and commissioning of the computed tomography scanner, have been specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Price List. The parameters of the rooms and the building, as well as the ventilation measurements, have been detailed in Annex 2a to the SWZ - Documents relating to the adaptation of the rooms. Information on the rules for the delivery, warranty and remuneration is contained in Annex 8 to the SWZ - Draft Contract Terms.
