Czechia – Cleaning services – ČIŠTĚNÍ DŮLNÍCH STROJŮ A POMOCNÉ DŮLNÍ MECHANIZACE

Ensuring the required volume of the relevant services, which consist in performing the cleaning of mining machinery and equipment (especially machines/large machinery, e.g. excavators, loaders, etc.) and auxiliary mining machinery (e.g. conveyor cars, drive stations, return stations, conveyor belts, etc.) and technological units from the fall of mined materials (e.g. accumulated coal, coal dust, wet sediment, soil) and operational impurities, which arise during the extraction and transport of mined material, etc. The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with multiple Suppliers, but with a maximum of three (3) Suppliers. If the Contracting Authority is unable to select the set maximum number of Suppliers due to the fact that an insufficient number of Tenders were submitted or these Tenders did not meet the requirements set out in the ZZVZ or by the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to conclude a Framework Agreement only with those Participants in the tender who meet these requirements, and this may be with only one Supplier, or may cancel the tender. The Contracting Authority will, on the basis of the Framework Agreement, in the manner indicated therein, order the performance always in time and to the extent of its current needs.
