Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Biologika-Rabattverträge 2026-08 - Filgrastim

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130a, paragraph 8, SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Filgrastim. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Biologika procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurers do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.05.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 30.04.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time within the contract period. The information provided on the commitment period is not relevant in this case and is solely due to the mandatory requirements of the form.
